By installing and using Unlimited Sheets ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unlimited Sheets is a Google Sheets add-on that provides custom functions for SEO analysis, AI content generation, web scraping, and other utilities.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Free tier users can use basic functions without payment.
  • Paid subscriptions (Pro and Business) are billed monthly.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

4. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has monthly usage limits. These limits reset on the first of each month. Exceeding limits will result in function errors until the next billing period or an upgrade to a higher tier.

5. API Keys (BYOK)

AI functions require you to provide your own API keys from OpenAI or Anthropic. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your API keys secure
  • Any costs incurred from your API key usage
  • Complying with OpenAI/Anthropic terms of service

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Scrape websites that prohibit scraping
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service in a way that could harm our infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Unlimited Sheets. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNLIMITED SHEETS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
